Standard Terms and Conditions for Exchange and Return (Egypt)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, specifically the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

1. Right to Exchange or Return within 14 Days (Unopened Product)

The customer has the right to exchange or return any product (Perfumes or Watches) and receive a monetary refund within 14 days from the date of receipt, ONLY if the following conditions are met:

Governing Conditions:

  1. Product Condition: The product must be in its completely original condition, with its original packaging and sealing, and must not have been unsealed, opened, or used at all.

    • Perfumes and Watches: Opening the original box or packaging of the product is considered an act of use, and consequently, the customer's right to exchange or return is forfeited.

  2. Packaging Condition and Misuse:

    • If the customer received the product intact from the delivery agent, and any poor storage or misuse by the customer led to damage or breakage of the packaging or product box, the condition for exchange or return is also forfeited, and the customer loses the right to claim exchange or return.

  3. Documentation: The original purchase invoice must be presented.

  • Shipping Costs: In case of a return or exchange due to a change of mind (i.e., no error on the part of the store), the customer shall bear ONLY the shipping costs for returning the product to the store.

2. In Case of Any Issue After Opening the Product

  • Once the product is opened or used, the customer's legal right to exchange or return is permanently forfeited.

3. General Provisions

  • Refunds: The amount due to the customer (after deducting return shipping fees, if applicable) will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days from the date the store receives the product and verifies its compliance with the return conditions.

  • Jurisdiction: All transactions are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
